Empowering Organizations to Drive Systemic Transformations: Digital Platform for Colectivo Quipa
Colectivo Quipa
Country (ies): Global
Scope: Global
Year: 2024
01
CONTEXT
Colectivo Quipa articulates collaborative networks across the Americas to defend the biocultural wealth of the territories. Its strength lies in connecting grassroots movements and organizations, enabling collective action and cross-border alliances. In 2024, that mission required a digital infrastructure capable of rising to the occasion: a space to explain its vision, organize its proposal, and facilitate real connections between diverse actors.

02
CHALLENGE
Transitioning from a limited digital presence to a platform that functions as an articulation tool: transmitting purpose, history, and values without falling into generalities, and turning the site into a useful meeting point for organizations, allies, and communities, featuring narrative clarity and a consistent visual identity.
03
SOLUTION
A digital platform was designed and developed as a connection and positioning system, built through co-creation with the Quipa team:
- Co-creation and narrative direction: Working with the team to translate their vision into a clear editorial architecture, maintaining territorial authenticity and precise political language.
- Purpose-driven identity and digital experience: Developing a coherent visual language that reflects essence, history, and values, elevating professionalism and recognition.
- Platform for articulating networks: Structuring the site to facilitate access to information, highlight struggles, and enable links between organizations and social movements.

04
IMPACT
The site became a collaboration infrastructure, expanding Quipa's capacity to sustain alliances and mobilization on a continental scale.
- Connection and visibility: A space that organizes Quipa's public identity and helps allies quickly understand its approach and articulate themselves.
- Legitimacy and coherence: Consistent narrative and visual identity that strengthen presence before diverse audiences, ranging from the community grassroots to international cooperation.
- Enabled collective action: A platform designed to inspire participation and sustain the public conversation on social and environmental justice from a territorial perspective.
