The Colmena Lab team, together with the Association of  the Forest Communities of Petén (ACOFOP), launched a communication and advocacy campaign to promote their work in the protection of the Maya Biosphere Reserve. It sought to influence the renewal of forest concessions granted by the Government of Guatemala.

The following products were developed:

• Redesign of the institutional image

• Development of the website (www.acofop.org)

• Design of the digital campaign “We Are Forests Forever”

• Public relations strategy for engaging with media outlets and journalists
