We developed and implemented a strategy for conducting digital actions in order to engage with media outlets. This improved the positioning of the movement's messages. Our services included drafting and managing opinion articles, press releases for each of BILM’s international participations and events, designing email marketing campaigns with BILM content for allies and potential contributors during moments of interest, creating participatory and collaborative content for social media platforms in three languages, redesigning the website in four languages (English, Spanish, Portuguese, and Kichwa), and updating and monitoring social media platforms in three languages (English, Spanish, and Portuguese).
We also provided support for structuring the movement, creating a common agenda of actions to unite the structure, developing a work plan and a methodology for coordination and facilitation, accompanying and systematizing working sessions, preparing invitations, agendas, follow-up, and inputs for each working session, and drafting a statement for the BILM Foundation based on the results of the working group discussions.
